Shipping & Returns
We are a professional online dealer, all the orders will be delivered rightly to your door. Please make sure you are at home when the packages arrive to you.
After the orders, please check your email to read the order confirmation, please also track your order online after we sent out the tracking numbers of your orders.

All ordered items on our site are closely to the word "what you see on our website are what you get in 7 days".
Before enjoying easy exchange and return policy, you must contact us for returning shipping address before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition ie not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. All the returned shoes should be sent to the shipping address we will email you.
All ordered items are the right items you pick here. We promise you of the right order package. So if returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a tax of 25% . Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We do not cover the shipping cost of return or exchange of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
We accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days from the date of original shipment of the order.
Please contact us with your Order ID and the tracking number of your order. If you want to exchange the items for a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund * (per person return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.
You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition ie not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned to you.
We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
If you want to cancel the order, you must email us immediately. Cancellation fee of 10% will apply. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days from the order date. Orders shipped can not be canceled.
